Climate change is the most important issue of our time and Little understands that the way we design buildings and spaces has a tremendous impact on climate outcomes. We have been aimed at zero net carbon design for more than a decade. Little was an early adopter of the 2030 Commitment to reduce fossil fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions and to advance the development of sustainable, resilient, carbon-neutral buildings. The centerpiece of our design culture is regenerative design and our cornerstones to this goal lie in four areas, verified through data and metrics:

- Energy
- Water and
- Social Equity
