Cuningham monitors its internal operations GHG footprint annually, and is committed to achieving net zero emissions by the end of 2022. As a long time signatory to the 2030 Challenge, we monitor the energy efficiency of our design work in progress on a quarterly basis to provide teams with real time feedback. We have reduced energy use and lighting power density across our portfolio every year since 2014 and are taking measures to increase our annual rate of improvement. Currently, all staff are participating in a year long training based on the AIA Framework for Excellence.
